Randi is a seasoned leader within the Payments space, boasting a wealth of experience. She has lead teams and sold directly to most of the payment lifecycle including merchants, financial institutions, and Independent Software Vendors (ISV’s).   

Prior to forming Dexterous, Randi spent 17 years of her career with First Data (now Fiserv), where she held various roles, including Vice President of the Integrated Solutions Group. In this role, Randi led the team responsible for ISVs and played a pivotal role in shaping First Data's integrated strategy. Her earlier positions at First Data involved managing the enterprise sales team, with a specific focus on generating new-to-company revenue. Additionally, she has an extensive track record of selling within the financial institution domain. Today, she focuses her experience and network on payments recruiting, helping companies hire the talent they need to grow."


Randi's unique ability to transform a client's needs into tailored solutions, coupled with her extensive expertise in the payments industry, positions her as an invaluable resource. Brian is a strategic sales executive with a robust track record spanning over two decades in leadership roles at First Data and Vantiv. His career is marked by his deep expertise in sales management, strategic planning, and high-growth market development. Brian has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead diverse, high-performance teams, delivering substantial revenue growth and developing customer-centric sales strategies.


Brian's leadership extends to mentoring and coaching, having developed numerous sales managers and executives. At Vantiv, he led the regional sales channel, significantly increasing sales volumes and recurring revenues by strategically aligning sales teams with market opportunities.


Now in recruitment, Brian adeptly matches top talent with organizational needs, emphasizing the importance of strategic personnel alignment. His commitment to fostering positive workplace cultures and building meaningful relationships remains a cornerstone of his professional philosophy.

Kathleen brings more than two decades of experience across payments and fintech, with a career rooted in commercial leadership and product-driven growth. Her background spans sales, marketing, project management, and product initiatives across a range of payments technologies and operating models.


She has held roles at Bank of America, TASQ and First Data, now Fiserv, Transaction Network Services and ADVAM, iPayment and PaySafe, and Castles Technology. Across these organizations, Kathleen worked closely with cross-functional teams to support revenue growth, market expansion, and product execution.


At Dexterous, Kathleen partners with clients on search engagements, drawing on deep industry experience and long-standing relationships across the payments ecosystem.

Rick is a seasoned corporate finance and consulting leader with over 25 years of experience. He has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results within large global service organizations, earning him a reputation as a performance-driven leader.


Throughout his career, Rick has honed a diverse skill set by working within a wide range of industries and Fortune 500 companies. He has held finance roles at well-known organizations such as Accenture, First Data, Humana, and LexisNexis. This hands-on experience has afforded him a deep understanding of the intricacies and challenges faced by businesses in various sectors.


Rick now brings his wealth of expertise and acumen to talent recruiting, where he uses his unique blend of financial insight and recruiting prowess to help organizations identify and secure top-tier talent. Rick's extensive background, wealth of experience, and track record have set him up for success in the world of talent acquisition.

Daryl's extensive experience in the FinTech/Payments sector, having worked at notable companies like ClearCommerce/eFunds (now owned by FIS), Paymetric (also owned by FIS), and most recently, spending 15 years at Cybersource/Visa, has made him a natural transition into talent recruiting.

During his career, Daryl has held a variety of roles, including Sales Engineer/Solutions Consultant, Head of North American Technical Sales, and Head of North America Account Management. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the industry, the challenges and opportunities it faces, and the skills and experience that companies are looking for in their employees.

He is able to leverage his expertise to help companies find the top talent they need to succeed, and to help candidates find careers that they love.

Kim McCreven is a senior payments executive with more than 25 years of experience leading sales, operations, and partner-driven growth across the payments and fintech ecosystem. She brings an operator’s perspective shaped by decades spent building and scaling payments businesses across enterprise and growth-stage environments.


Most recently, Kim served as General Manager of North America at PayComplete, where she owned regional sales and operations, led commercial strategy, and managed full P&L responsibility. Her background spans merchant acquiring, integrated and embedded payments, digital wallets, enterprise partnerships, and vertical-focused go-to-market execution. She previously held senior leadership roles at Planet Payments and Elavon, and spent more than two decades at First Data across national accounts, strategic partnerships, business development, and product management.


At Dexterous, Kim partners with clients on executive search engagements, bringing extensive payments industry experience and a strong understanding of commercial and operating environments.
